CramAthon is back! I did this readathon over the summer and had fun. But this right now is the true meaning of a CramAthon! It is the end of the year, us readers are going to be wanting to finish end of the year reads and gear up for the upcoming year.
This years CramAthon will be taking place Dec. 19th through Dec. 22nd. *Midnight-Midnight* Basically this readathon to is to cram as many books as you can in these few days, read as much has you can, read books you haven't finished, read graphic novels, listen to an audiobook. The opinions are limitless. There are challenges, but the main challenge is to read five books in this time period.
Challenge 1:
Listen to an audiobook or read an ebook you have had for a while.
For this one I have chosen Locke and Key by Joe Hill. I downloaded this for free and haven't listened to it yet. If some of you don't know, Joe Hill is Stephen Kings son.
Challenge 2:
Read a bind-up.
I don't really have a bind-up. I mostly read from my Kindle, I have box sets on my Kindle but nothing I'm going to worry about right now. They are all series.
Challenge 3:
Finish a series.
I have not finished the This Man trilogy. I plan on reading the last book... FINALLY!
Challenge 4:
Read a book under 200 pages.
I have been meaning to read Never, Never Pt: 1 by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher.
Challenge 5:
Read a book you 'Did not finish.'
I am finally going to finish Djinn and Tonic by Jasinda Wilder. I LOVED the first book! But it has taken me forever to fall into the same place with the second book.
Challenge 6:
Read a graphic novel series.
I have the first two volumes of Sex Criminals by Matt Fraction and Chip Zdarsky. There are only two volumes out right now so I am going to fly through those.
Challenge 7:
Read a total of five books.
You can follow the CramAthon Twitter account. There will be reading sprints happening and we will be talking about the books we are reading, page count and how far in the CramAthon we are.
