Madness Monday | Holiday Special!
With this week being Thanksgiving and starting a new job at the end of the week, (right in the middle of the holiday season) I am not doing a reading list for this week. I will be reading but I just don't know how much reading I will be getting done!
So, instead I will be sharing my holiday wish list. Which you can probably guess is all books or bookish things. Now, I don't expect to get everything, but these are just a few things I think every book worm/ book blogger out there would love to have.
My number one thing I would love to get this year is a big moon chair.
I almost always read in bed but I would love to set up my own little space with a big chair and my books around me. My aunt had one when I was a kid and I've always wanted one. They range from $50-$100!
The next few things all have to do with Harry Potter. I have yet to get the new illustrated book. It is $40 in just about all retailers but just yesterday I found it for $23.99 at my local Costco's! I was so excited! And along with that, I also found the new coloring book that was just released there as well. My mother-in-law and I saw it in our local FYE Saturday night for $15.99. Yesterday we found it in Costco for $8.99!
Last Christmas my fiance got me a fleece Harry Potter blanket of the Marauders Map from FYE.
We were at the mall one night last Christmas and we came across it. It was $25! I wanted it so bad but he told me no... But then when I opened it Christmas morning he told me he planned on buying it for me the whole time and wanted to surprise me. This year they have a new Harry Potter blanket of the Hogwarts crest. I would love to add it to my Marauders Map blanket.
Also another Harry Potter thing I found in FYE, a Hogwarts infinity scarf, rounding in at $15!
My last Harry Potter thing would be a new Pop. As of right now I only have Snape. I would love a new one, whichever one, I don't really care who, but I would love to stick someone with my Snape.
My last thing on my wish list for this year is a new mug! I am a mug person, especially during this time of year. Living in New England, I drink lots of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I LOVE mugs and want my amazing collection to grow. Any mug book related or has anything to do with Owls is fine by me.
My list isn't huge and I don't expect everything, but a girl can wish.
