Doing It For Love by Cassie Mae | Reveiw

** Blogger Review: I received this book from the publisher for honest review **

Elizabeth “Liz” life is going as she planned. She is marrying the love of her life, she has a huge rock on her hand to show off to all her friends, she has a nice chunk of money in savings for her dream wedding… But the only thing that has her twisted up is that she feels Landon and her’s lifestyle has turned somewhat into an old couple relationship, as if they have been married for years already.

To spice up their sexlife, Liz comes up with a plan… No sex until the wedding. She bets Landon on a no sex rule and whoever can last the length of time until the wedding, that person gets to choose where they vacation for their honeymoon. Liz is determined and decides they will get married in January, which is only a measly five months away. For a wedding that is really not a long time to plan a wedding, but when it comes down to their no sex rule, how long will they last?

I kills me to say this, but I could not get into this book. It just didn’t grab me from the beginning. This book starts off in the middle of nowhere. I was a little confused and didn’t know what was happening the first two chapters of this book because it just starts with their engagement. You don’t know about Liz, you don’t know about Landon and you have no idea what their story is.

Once I read a little more I got into it but it just did not catch me like her last book did. I thought Liz was funny and watching them try to stay platonic was funny because there are so many times where they want to break the rules but they catch themselves. It still makes for an interesting story but it just wasn’t my favorite by Cassie Mae. I just didn’t connect with the characters like I have in previous books.

This book is now LIVE! You can now go one-click it on all social platforms.

I give this book 3 out of 5 Night Owls
