Fangirl Friday | Weekend Reads | 9/11/15

Friday is here! Even though today is a sad day for American's and we all think about the thousands of people we have lost, but I am excited to have the whole weekend to read and to have my fiance home with me all weekend!

This Friday I am kind of obsessed over the current book I am reading. Breaking A Legend by Sarah Robinson. I have mentioned it a few times already. I am really enjoying this book. What I love about it is that it's not insta love! Clare and Rory have dark pasts. Over the years, they have built walls around themselves to protect from ever getting hurt again. But then when Rory meets Clare, he slowly feels her knocking down his walls, something someone has never been able to do and vise versa.

They have a strong connection and they slowly find themselves wanting to be together more and more. Clare has a past of the abusive ex-boyfriend and has moved to get away from him. She is afraid of the way Rory makes her feel because she is afraid of letting him in, worried she will get hurt again.

This book is written in second person alternative, which is a nice change to the normal first person alternatives I mostly read.

This book releases from Loveswept on Sept. 29th. I am touring with Random House for the blog tour, so watch for my tour time and review at the end of the month.

I plan on finishing this over the weekend and then going back to Doing It For Love by Cassie Mae. I have started this but it wasn't hitting me right so I started Breaking A Legend. These are the two books I plan on reading this weekend.

Have a great weekend everyone!
