Paper Princess by Erin Watt | Review

Amazon | B&N

It did not take me long to read this book. I was hooked from the first chapter. What did take me a long time to do was write this review.

Why? Some of you might ask. This booked grabbed me in ways that other books haven't in such a long time, that my mind just couldn't go through the process of a review because to me, that meant the end of the book... and the way this book ended, I wasn't ready for it to end.

I did not receive this book in ARC form... It kept popping up as recommendations, so one day I decided to buy it. I started it not really knowing much about it and didn't want to know much. Sometimes synopsis's give too much of the book away, so I tend to buy books without knowing much about them.

This book opened up and devoured me. Nearly three weeks after finishing it and I had yet started a new book or even thought of reading something new. This book left a huge hole in me. All I thought about was this book for weeks. It is hard to believe this book is written by two different authors. The flow of this book is just amazing. This is my favorite book of the year... so far, there is still over five months left of the year. But I have no doubt that it will end up in my top five of the year.

That's all you really need to know about Paper Princess. Just knowing that a book can hold that much over one single person should be enough for you to want to pick up this book. Book two in the series, Broken Prince releases July. 25th. The wait has been killing me! ARC's have just gone out, so I'd stay away from them if you have not read Paper Princess yet for spoiler purposes. Go read this book now if you haven't already. You will not be disappointed.
