Speak Out Saturday | 9/19/15

Speak Out Saturday is something new I am bringing to my blog. I won't have one every Saturday but there will be one every other Saturday. It will be discussion topics.

This Saturday I will be talking about Reading Habits.

My reading habits change. I don't always read the same every day. Depending on what I have to do, or the book I am reading, puts me in different moods. But basically I can read anywhere. My favorite place is my bed, obviously because it is the most comfortable. I also can really relax on my couch, just chill back and read is relaxing. I like to go into Barnes and Noble, sit in the big comfy chairs and read as well.

Snacks:

I might have a snack if I am home, some chips or a piece of chocolate, again, depending on the book I am reading and the mood it puts me in. Each book puts me in a different mood. I always have something to drink. ALWAYS! Whether it be water, coffee or some iced tea, I always have something.

Pace:

I am a slow reader. I can't read a book in one sitting. There is too much going on in the outside world. Especially because I live out of state away from my family now, I always get interrupted by my phone from family calling or texting me. **Like just now, my ma texting me as I type this! Haha**

Reviews:

I will write a review for every book I read whether is it an ARC or not, I will write a review and post it on every social media platform. While I am reading I will keep my Bibliofile on me and write down things I want to remember for my review. I usually go to Barnes and Noble or the Dunkin Donuts up the street from me and write my reviews.

Average:

I can't read 5 books in a week, I can try but most likely won't happen. I read about a book a week, maybe a book and a half. I sometimes will have music on or the TV if I am home just for background noise. The majority of my reading gets done at night when the rest of the world is sleeping. That's the most peaceful time for me.

What are some of your reading habits? What do you like to do when you are reading?
